California Regional Center Psychological Assessments

MindWorks Psychological Assessments is an approved California Regional Center service provider for Service Code 056 – Interdisciplinary Assessment.

We provide psychological and developmental evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including assessment of:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Intellectual Disability
• Cognitive functioning
• Adaptive functioning
• Related neurodevelopmental conditions and differential diagnosis

Assessments are individualized based on the referral question, available records, prior testing, and clinical need.

Regional Center assessments require prior authorization from the Regional Center. Families interested in an assessment should contact their Regional Center Service Coordinator regarding authorization and referral to MindWorks Psychological Assessments.

Information regarding complaints, appeals, and reporting concerns involving Regional Centers or service providers is available through the California Department of Developmental Services (DDS).
